The Heights Charter services students in TK-8th grade and we are a independent study charter. Our students have the option of a 100% home school curriculum or receiving instruction in core subjects or electives from teachers on-site at our resource center. The Heights Charter is a highly flexible educational choice. Families can choose from options that work best for your family. Our options are tailored specifically to your child.
All curriculum materials are provided by The Heights Charter and meet state standards as required for a public school. When on-site, core curriculum is taught by credentialed teachers who have been chosen for their exceptional expertise and commitment to education.
We offer on-site instruction in the core subjects (math, reading, writing, science, and social studies), instruction in Spanish, and elective labs/workshops. Our electives include physical education, art, drama, music, engineering, geography, and technology.
If you are interested in enrolling at The Heights Charter, please fill out an application and turn it in to us. You can drop off the application during our operating hours or email us. You can also stop by our office and pick up an application packet. Because of the overwhelming retention of existing families and all new applications already received, space is limited!
When submitting your child's application, please include the Heights Charter Registration, Release Form for Directory Information, and the Acceptable Use Agreement. All three files are found below.
We currently have a waiting list for all grades for the current, 2020-2021, school year.
If you have additional questions regarding enrollment and if The Heights Charter is a fit for you child, please contact us.
