Mrs. Whyte is the Executive Director of The Heights Charter and was instrumental in its establishment in 2012. She has an extensive background in teaching math and literature and has over 30 years of teaching experience. She is passionate about educating children without the bureaucracy found in many traditional educational systems.

"Mrs. K" is the Director of Special Education at The Heights Charter. She is a School Psychologist with specialized training in School Neuropsychology. She also holds a Special Education teaching credential and oversees all specialized instruction.

Mrs. Jones is the Assistant Director of The Heights Charter. She began teaching at The Heights in 2012. Additionally, she teaches science and math courses. Mrs. Jones is a compassionate educator who strives to provide the best education possible for ALL students.
